Warm up with the crew, then hit the route. Run at a comfortable pace, look out for each other, and enjoy the miles.

Absolutely. Our community runs are free to join. Just show up ready to move and connect.
Not at all. We welcome different experience levels. Run at a comfortable pace, respect your limits, and enjoy the experience.
Our standard community run is approximately 2 miles. Check the Next Run section for the specific distance and route.
Comfortable running shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and water. Arrive a little early for the pre-run announcements.
Join our Heylo community to connect with the crew, receive updates, and stay in the loop.
Not at all! While we encourage socializing and building connections, we understand that some people prefer to keep to themselves when they run. That's perfectly fine. You're welcome to just show up and get your miles in quietly.
That said, we encourage you to step outside your comfort zone when you're ready. Saying a simple "Good job" or "Keep it up" during a run can go a long way. Afterward, feel free to stick around, mingle, and get to know the crew. You never know what great connections you might make!
Whether you're outgoing or reserved, there's a place for you here.
Follow the "Next Run" section to find out where we meet. We try our best to plan routes that are accessible, however, we do not have designated parking. You will have to find your own parking but we are working on partnerships to secure consistent landing zones for the crew.
If it's raining outside, we pullin' up. Light rain will not stop us. However, if there is lightning, heavy rain, hail, strong winds or heat warnings, the run will be cancelled. During the winter season, ice, freezing rain, heavy snow will lead to cancellation. We strongly advise members to be prepared and dress for the weather. All weather related updates will be posted in the Heylo chat as well as our Instagram page.
We are currently building a merch store just for you! When we are done, we will add a merch button to the website. Stay tuned!
